​Hi! My name is Sophia Maulupe and I will be part of the graduating class of 2019. I have played volleyball for 8 years starting in a Rec League then to Club West, Club Viper, and now Club 951 Elite. I have played on the 13-1, 15-1, and currently 16-1. Since being part of 951 I have been chose by my past coach for Player of the Week and nominated for 2 Honorable Mentions during the 2015-2016 season. I am very dedicated to volleyball but at the same time I like to have fun. You can always find me on the court because I am the loudest either cheering for my team or always communicating with my teammates. I currently attend Murrieta Mesa High School in Murrieta, CA. I will be entering my 2nd year on Varsity this fall. I was starting Libero on my JV team as a freshmen. I can play all areas of the back row. Our Varsity volleyball team made it to 2nd Round of CIF in Division 3 for the 2016 season.

In my spare time I love photography, listening to music preferably Elvis Presley and Etta James and spending time with my family.
