Hi, I am 16 years old and I am on the 951 Elite 17-1 team as one of the setters. For a number of years I have played both club soccer and volleyball. It wasn’t until high school that I decided I only wanted to play volleyball. I have played for 951 Elite the entire time. In addition to playing setter, I have played Libero as well as outside hitter. I use to hang around the gym when
I was younger with my mother who was one of 951 Elite coaches. Over the past three years I have played in the out of state competition in Las Vegas and Florida. In addition to playing and training at the 951 Elite gym, I work out at a local gym working to stay in shape. Playing at 951 Elite has taught me how to work together as a team and to push and support my team members. After growing up, playing both volleyball and soccer, I decided to finally commit at the age of 14 to just play volleyball. I fell in love with the sport because my mom played it and was a great coach. I not only love playing the sport, but I think that this is one of the best decisions I have made. I have been dedicated to it and the 951 Elite Volleyball family ever since I was little. I have an undeniable passion for volleyball which drives me to be in the gym every single night, whether it is workout, positional clinic, and/or practice(s) with different teams in my gym even though I have currently changed from Vista Murrieta High School to Temecula Valley High School. When I am not playing volleyball, or doing homework, I enjoy going to the beach, snowboarding, photograph, and hanging out with my friends. Also, I like to watch and support my sister and her volleyball team. |
