Hello, my name is Madison Wendel, I am a 16 year old Junior Outside Hitter/ Right Side, on 951 Elite 18-1 team. All my life I had played multiple sports, but it wasn't until I was asked to try volleyball that I realized how much of a positive impact a sport can have on your life.  I spend most days in the gym pushing myself and my teammates to get better in order to achieve my goal of competing on a college team at the highest level possible. In the past four years I have competed at the elite/national level, attending the Junior Nationals and AAU's. 

I am a Junior at Great Oak High School in Temecula, California. This is my second year on the Varsity Volleyball team. I am an Outside/ Right Side Hitter. To date one of my most memorable experiences was competing in the post season playing in the first-round of the CIF State Finals.

​Along with volleyball I also focus on academics and I have a 4.0 cumulative GPA over the corse of my freshman and sophomore years. 

​When I am not playing volleyball I enjoy hanging out with family and friends, and volunteering at my church.
