Please find below items needed before travelling to our Tournament.
1. Travel itinerary from those not yet providing it.
2. Birth Certificate copies
From the AAU website:

Photocopies of birth certificates, adoption papers or immigration papers of each player on the roster MUST be held by the team’s Head Coach and MUST be available upon request before or during the event.
Failure to provide this information may cause the team to forfeit the entry fee and any Championship play.
3. Allergies and Medications
Please provide us a list of any allergies or medications.
4. Money for food
(restaurant meals should be no more than $15.00 per each meal, $45.00 per tournament day) (Snacks – Costco $12.50 per girl for all 4 days)
Total $192.50.
5. Reimbursements
We have incurred some expenses for our trip.
1. Exchange gift for the girls before tournament play, $60 paid to Mary Underdown
We are requesting $5.45 reimbursement per each player. If we have surplus monies from the money for food, it will be deducted from the food money.
